Steps:

1. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to our email address or by filling the below
1. 2. Once we confirm and approve the return / exchange, customer will have to ship it back to the address provided by the seller or Vendor with customer’s own expense.
3. After the inspection of the package, we will ship the exchanged unit. If return, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.
