Steps:
- 1. Send an email with images of the issue or product image if not opened yet to
- admin@uniczone.com

- 2. Once we confirm and approve the return / exchange, customer will have to ship it back to the address provided by the seller or Vendor with customer’s own expense.
- 3. After the inspection of the package, we will ship the exchanged unit. If return, we will refund the full amount or after deducted the restocking fee.
